Hi, I’m Karen – Your Coach & Motivator
With over 15 years of experience as a fitness instructor, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their fitness journeys. I specialise in strength and conditioning training as well as pole fitness, bringing a fun and dynamic approach to every session.

I understand that stepping into a gym, and staying motivated to reach your goals can be challenging—and that’s where I come in. I provide an encouraging, supportive environment, but I’ll also push you to reach your full potential. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to build strength, gain flexibility, or lose weight, I have the expertise and experience to help you succeed.
